Jin Shui is currently in its local presence phase — building real relationships with customers, refining the product in the field, and learning from the market firsthand. Every event is a test, a conversation, and a step forward.
Before any public presence, Jin Shui was built in the kitchen and at the table. This phase was about developing drinks, testing combinations, establishing consistency, and defining what the brand should taste and feel like at its best.
Meeting people where they are. This is the phase of showing up — consistently, in person, and with intention. Jin Shui is building its customer base through direct experiences at markets, events, and community activations across Seattle.
Using what the community teaches us to sharpen everything. This phase tightens the visual identity, packaging, service model, and internal operations into something replicable, recognizable, and ready to scale.
A permanent home. The first physical location gives Jin Shui full control over the customer experience — the space, the service, the atmosphere, and the story told from beginning to end.
Growing beyond the original location with the same standard and intention. This phase extends Jin Shui's reach — into new markets, additional channels, and broader regional presence — without sacrificing the quality that built the foundation.
The long horizon. A scalable model built on documented systems, consistent quality, and genuine brand recognition — making it possible for Jin Shui to grow beyond what any single founding team can manage alone.
